Up to 200 Guests
This package is a private wedding and reception for available Sundays. Only you and your guests, plus our staff, will be on site. Our Sunday Savings package is great for those who simply want to come for the night and celebrate. After all, it’s still the weekend! So, dance the night away under the stars, while gentle ocean breezes blow the moonlit waves to shore. Your friends and family will be delighted with your magical beach wedding!

A fully private waterfront setting for your wedding and reception with accommodations for up to 36 guests
3 separate sandy beach areas with spectacular ocean views
Multiple waterfront ceremony/reception areas to choose from
Hosting for up to 200 wedding guests, with nearby hotels and motels for guest convenience

The ability to bring in your own alcohol
20 x 30 Tiki Hut with up-lighting, plus multiple smaller tikis

Sunday Savings Rate:
Site Fee: $7000
Over 150 guests, add $1000. Under 50 guests, see our Sunset Dreams microwedding package.
Cottages (optional) - No stay is required. For ultimate privacy, all 5 of our cottages will be blocked off for Sunday night. We will hold them in your name and allow you and your guests to book as needed. We recommend that the couple at least book our honeymoon suite, Treetops, in order to have a place to get ready on site, but it’s not required. Our cottages sleep a total of 36 guests. Rates vary by season and holidays, but individual cottage rates are below:
Treetops: 1bdrm/1 bath/pull out sofa - $350 per nt
Banana Cabana: 2 brms/1 bath/pull-out sofa - $500 per nt
Deckhouse: 2 bdrms/2 baths/pull-out sofa - $500 per nt
Bayhouse: 3 bdrms/2 bath/pull-out sofa - $650 per nt
Tropicasa: 4 bdrms/3 bath/pull-out sofa - $1000 per nt

Planning - relax and let us handle the details! A professional “day of” planner is required for weddings over 30 guests. Our excellent in-house “month of” planning team is only $2800. How To Reserve:
Only $1500 reserves our venue!!! First, we recommend that you schedule a virtual or in person tour here: Schedule a Tour. Once you’ve decided on your date, and checked availability with our office, we will prepare the contract for your review and hold the date for 3 days pending your review and payment of the reservation fee.
Check in/Checkout - 1 pm check in/ 11 am checkout
Availability - We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t available for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Additional nights may be added based on availability.
Event Liability & Cancellation Insurance - We require event liability and cancellation insurance, which is approximately $400-450 based on our average wedding cost. This covers host liquor liability, broken engagements, cancellations due to extreme weather or damage to the venue, vendor deposits, lost rings, and more.
Deposit & Payments - $1500 non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve, which is credited towards your overall package price. The balance is due 90 days prior to the event.
Rate is rounded off to the nearest whole number. Holidays and high demand dates may be higher. Rates are subject to change without notice.
