(Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)
Semi-Private or Private. Reserved within 12 months. This package is a wedding and reception for 1 night, typically on Sundays or Mondays, although other dates may be available within 6 months.

Site Fee: $3000 weekday/$4000 SundaysCottages: No rental is required, but you may add cottages as needed. We recommend renting at least one cottage, so you have a place to get ready. Based on availability, it works well to check in the night before in order to make preparations.
Please note that if you are not renting all our cottages, DJs and loud music are not allowed, as it may disturb other guests. You may have a quiet beachside dinner only. An acoustical guitarist, violinist, or steel drums are allowed. If you want a DJ or band, you will need to reserve a private cottage block below.
Cottage Block: Make it fully private!!! We will hold the cottages in your name and your guests can book them online. Rates vary by season and holidays, but a full buyout, with all 5 cottages, is typically $3000 per nt + 12.5 tax, cleaning and damage fees. Our cottages accommodate a total of 36 guests. Treetops: 1bdrm/1 bath/pull out sofa - $350 per nt

Planning - Relax and let us handle the details! A professional “day of” planner is required for weddings over 30 guests. Our excellent in-house “month of” planning team is only $1200 for microweddings, and you get 10% off if you add it at booking! You can see what our planning includes here: wedding planning. Or you can choose an outside planner from our preferred vendors
Floral, DJ, Entertainment - choose your from our Preferred Vendors or bring your own.
Photography - starts at $350 per hr. Choose from our Preferred Vendors
Additional Events - add a goodbye brunch the following morning for $350 (catering/bar not included).
How To Reserve:
Only $1500 reserves our venue! First, we recommend that you schedule a virtual or in person tour here: Schedule a Tour. Once you’ve decided on your date, and checked availability with our office, we will prepare the contract for your review and hold the date for 3 days pending your review and payment of the reservation fee.
Check in/Check out - 4 pm check in and 11 am check out. If more time is needed to get ready, we recommend the couple check in the night before if available. Otherwise, we will try our best to accommodate an earlier check in for the wedding party.
Availability: We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t available for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Additional nights may be added based on availability.
Event Liability & Cancellation Insurance - We require event liability and cancellation insurance, which is approximately $300-350 based on our average microwedding cost. This covers host liquor liability, cancellations due to extreme weather or damage to the venue, vendor deposits, lost rings, and more.
Deposit & Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required to reserve (the deposit is applied to your balance). The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. Exceeding the maximum guest amount will result in a higher site fee of $1000.
Rate is rounded off to the nearest whole number. Holidays and high demand dates will be higher. Rates are subject to change without notice.
