(Midweek Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)
Fully Private. Scheduled anytime. This mid-week package is a full-buyout of the resort for a minimum of 2 nights between Monday - Thursday.
A fully private waterfront setting for your wedding and reception, with accommodations for up to 36 guests to stay on site (see cottage block below)

Site Fee: $4000
Cottage Block (required) - This is in addition to the site fee. For ultimate privacy, all 5 of our cottages will be reserved for your group. We will hold them in your name and allow your guests to book. Our cottages sleep a total of 36 guests. See our cottages
A 2 night minimum is required. Up to 3 nts may be reserved between Mon-Thur, based on availability. Balance must be paid 90 days prior to the event. Any cottages not reserved by that time are your responsibility.
Rates vary by season and holidays, but a full buyout, with all 5 cottages, is typically $3000 per nt + 12.5 tax, cleaning and damage fees. Individual cottage rates are below:
Treetops: 1bdrm/1 bath/pull out sofa - $350 per nt
Banana Cabana: 2 brms/1 bath/pull-out sofa - $500 per nt
Deckhouse: 2 bdrms/2 baths/pull-out sofa - $500 per nt
Bayhouse: 3 bdrms/2 bath/pull-out sofa - $650 per nt

Planning - Relax and let us handle the details! A professional “day of” planner is required for weddings over 30 guests. Our excellent in-house “month of” planning team is only $1200 for microweddings, and you get 10% off if you add it at booking! You can see what our planning includes here: wedding planning. Or you can choose an outside planner from our preferred vendors

How To Reserve:
Only $1500 reserves our venue! First, we recommend that you schedule a virtual or in person tour here: Schedule a Tour. Once you’ve decided on your date, and checked availability with our office, we will prepare the contract for your review and hold the date for 3 days pending your review and payment of the reservation fee.
Check in/Check out - 4 pm check in/11 am check out
Availability: We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t available for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Additional nights may be added based on availability.
Event Liability & Cancellation Insurance - We require event liability and cancellation insurance, which is approximately $300-350 based on our average microwedding cost. This covers host liquor liability, broken engagements, cancellations due to extreme weather or damage to the venue, vendor deposits, lost rings, and more.
Deposit & Payments: Non-refundable deposit of $1500 required to reserve (this is applied to your balance). The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. Maximum 50 guests. Exceeding the maximum guest amount will result in a higher site fee of $2000.
Holidays and high demand dates will be higher. Rates are subject to change without notice.
