Tropical Dreams Package

(Midweek Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)

 

Fully Private. Scheduled anytime. This mid-week package is a full-buyout of the resort for a minimum of 2 nights between Monday - Thursday.

  • A fully private waterfront setting for your wedding and reception, with accommodations for up to 36 guests to stay on site (see cottage block below)

  • Officiant

  • Staff for set up/breakdown

  • Choice or arbor or arch, with white cloth draping

  • Choice of aisle and other décor items (lanterns, candles, seashells, tiki torches, and more)

  • Sand ceremony, Fisherman’s Knot, or Handfasting ceremony

  • All chairs, tables, and white tablecloths for your waterfront reception

  • Various non-floral decor items, including centerpieces, for up to 50 guests

  • Guest bathrooms (3)

  • Dressing rooms for wedding couple

  • Bistro lighting strung between the palm trees

  • Bamboo bar with sunset view

  • 20 x 30 Tiki Hut with up-lighting, plus multiple smaller tikis

  • Set up/breakdown

  • On site private parking

  • Bluetooth speakers

  • Free dockage for multiple boats

  • Kayaks & paddle boards

  • Filing of wedding license

    Site Fee: $5000 + Cottage Buyout

    The site fee includes everything listed above - all tables, chairs, bistro lighting, bathrooms, set up/breakdown, & choice of arbor.

    Cottage Buyout for 2 nights (required) - $6000. This is in addition to the site fee. For ultimate privacy, all 5 of our cottages will be reserved for your group for 2 nights. Please note that you don’t have to pay the full buyout costs. We will hold the cottages in your name and allow your guests to book them with a group code. Our cottages sleep a total of 36 guests.     A 2 night minimum is required, but up to 3 nts may be reserved between Mon-Thur, based on availability. An additional night is typically $3000 per night + tax. Balance must be paid 90 days prior to the event. Any cottages not reserved by that time are your responsibility.

    Planning - Relax and let us handle the details! A professional “day of” planner is required for weddings over 30 guests. Our excellent in-house “month of” planning team is only $1200 for microweddings, and you get 10% off if you add it at booking! You can see what our planning includes here: wedding planning. Or you can choose an outside planner from our preferred vendors

    Floral, DJ, Entertainment - choose your from our Preferred Vendors or bring your own.

    Photography - starts at $350 per hr. Choose from our Preferred Vendors

    Additional Events - add a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or goodbye brunch! $500 for a single event. $350 each for multiple events.

    How To Reserve:

    Only $1500 reserves our venue! First, we recommend that you schedule a virtual or in person tour here: Schedule a Tour. Once you’ve decided on your date, and checked availability with our office, we will prepare the contract for your review and hold the date for 3 days pending your review and payment of the reservation fee.

    Check in/Check out - 4 pm check in/11 am check out

    Availability: We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t available for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Additional nights may be added based on availability.

    Event Liability & Cancellation Insurance - We require event liability and cancellation insurance, which is approximately $300-350 based on our average microwedding cost. This covers host liquor liability, broken engagements, cancellations due to extreme weather or damage to the venue, vendor deposits, lost rings, and more.

    Deposit & Payments: Non-refundable deposit of $1500 required to reserve (this is applied to your balance). The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. Maximum 50 guests. Exceeding the maximum guest amount will result in a higher site fee of $2000.

    Holidays and high demand dates will be higher. Rates are subject to change without notice.
