(Weekend Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)
Fully Private. Scheduled anytime. This weekend package is a full-buyout of the resort for a minimum of 2 nights between Thursday-Monday.
A fully private waterfront setting for your wedding and reception, with accommodations for up to 36 guests to stay on site (see cottage block below)

Island Dreams Wedding Rate:
Site Fee: $8000
Cottage Buyout for 2 nights: $6000
TOTAL: $14,000
Site Fee: The site fee includes all tables, chairs, bistro lighting, non-floral centerpieces, decor, bathrooms, set up/breakdown, & choice of arbor.
Cottage Buyout for 2 nights (required) - For ultimate privacy, all 5 of our cottages will be reserved for your group for 3 nights. Please note that you don’t have to pay the full buyout costs. We will hold the cottages in your name and allow your guests to book them with a group code. Our cottages sleep a total of 36 guests. Rate is plus taxes and cleaning/damage fees. See our cottages
Additional Nights - 2 nights are required, but up to 4 nights of full buyout may be reserved between Thur-Mon, based on availability. An additional night of full buyout is typically $3000 + 12.5% tax. The balance must be paid 90 days prior to the event. Any cottages not reserved by your guests by that time are your responsibility.
You may also add extra nights in individual cottages based on availability.
Other Fees:
Unlike many venues, we are very transparent with our pricing. In addition to the total above, there are the following fees:
Tax - Each cottage rental requires 12.5% tax. This will typically be paid by your guests, except for your individual cottage.
Cleaning/Damage - Each cottage rental requires cleaning/damage fees. These will typically be paid by your guests, except for your individual cottage.
Planning - Relax and let us handle the details! A professional “day of” planner is required for weddings over 30 guests. Our excellent in-house “month of” planning team is only $1200 for microweddings, and you get 10% off if you add it at booking! You can see what our planning includes here: wedding planning. Event Liability & Cancellation Insurance: We require event liability and cancellation insurance, which is approximately $300-350 based on your total microwedding costs. This covers host liquor liability, cancellations due to extreme weather, damage to our venue, vendor deposits, lost rings, lost wedding attire, and more.

You Add:
Catering/Bar - starts at $45 per person. 25 person minimum. See our microwedding catering/bar packages here: catering/bar packages. We work with 4 caterers exclusively. You may use a different caterer for an outside catering fee of $500. We allow you to bring in or deliver your own alcohol, which saves money.
Floral, DJ, Entertainment - choose your from our Preferred Vendors or bring your own.
Photography - starts at $350 per hr. You may choose from our Preferred Vendors or we will arrange for a photographer
Additional Events - add a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or goodbye brunch! $300 for each event.

How To Reserve:
Only $1500 reserves our venue! First, we recommend that you schedule a virtual or in person tour here: Schedule a Tour. Once you’ve decided on your date, and checked availability with our office, we will prepare the contract for your review and hold the date for 3 days pending your review and payment of the reservation fee.
Check in/Check out - 4 pm check in/11 am check out
Availability: We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t available for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Additional nights may be added based on availability.
Deposit & Payments: Non-refundable deposit of $1500 required to reserve (this is applied to your balance). The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. Maximum 50 guests. Exceeding the maximum guest amount will result in a higher site fee of $3000.
Holidays and high demand dates will be higher. Rates are subject to change without notice.
