Dream Bay Resort is PET FRIENDLY!! No additional fees for pets.

SMOKING. Smoking inside the units is not allowed.

DOCKAGE. Dockage for one boat (under 30′) is included with every rental at no additional fee.

ADVANCE PAYMENT – An advance payment of 50% is required to make your reservation. Balance of rent is due upon arrival. If paying via check, you have three (3) business days for the check to reach our office; otherwise your reservation will be canceled. The reservation deposit is NOT a damage deposit. $250 security deposit will be held on credit card.

CANCELLATIONS - Your reservation deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior and 50% refundable up to 30 days prior. If cancellation occurs within 30 days, we will allow you to reschedule.

RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.

All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
